Dr. Simon Goldbard is a prolific entrepreneur in the pharmaceutical and medical device fields. He is known primarily for founding Genet (later Lifecodes), the first company to enable DNA fingerprinting for forensic use. Over his four decades of industry leadership, Dr. Goldbard has founded numerous other successful companies including Vitra Bio, Orfan Biotech and Zulia Biotech.
