Stephen Carter, PhD

Dr. Stephen Carter is the founder and CEO of Zulia Biotech (Cambridge, MA), a company focused on developing novel therapeutics for neurodegenerative diseases. He previously served in leadership roles with ventures including Intrepid Life Sciences, Valiant Pharma, Biochemics, Virology Research and Glaxo Wellcome. Dr. Carter is also the former Administrative Dean for Research at Harvard Medical School.
